As such, you’ll be creating robust and effective resource plans which consider scheduling, recruitment and demand planning, ensuring a broad awareness of key business objectives and changes so you can understand the impact on resourcing and scheduling.
Provide ongoing analysis of workloads to determine the anticipated demand
Utilise existing tools and helping to develop new tools and models to effectively allocate work
Coaching line managers recruitment best practice and how to optimise their resource
Work with resourcing teams to make sure that working patterns match the workload and customer demand model

What we are looking for The ideal person will be someone with a background in data analysis with good analytical and problem solving skills. You’ll have the ability to analyse and understand business issues and the impact that solutions have on a business, demonstrating a robust analytical approach to more complex requirements
Knowledge of forecasting and scheduling tools and systems
Experience of working with budget forecasting and target modelling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A broad understanding of HR, resourcing and cost management principles and culture
