Protocol is proud to working with a leading provider of further education and training in Birmingham to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lecturer to join a renowned catering department for a fixed term position.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the catering industry and previous experience of delivering further education. You will have an excellent command of health and safety in the kitchen with experience of delivering training for and about food safety. You will be delivering the Level 4 Food Safety certificate.

The Course will be for 12 weeks, Fridays 1st March to Friday 4th June excluding April to Easter). Times are to be 12:00-14:00 and 15:00-17:00.

* Previous experience as as Lecturer in a related subject
* Must hold a suitable professional qualification, such as CIEH or HACCP.
