Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week (Between the hours of 0700- 1900)
Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, on a prestigious contract we are currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk Supervisor to assist in the essential Day to day running of the contract
The MAIN DUTIES of the FM Helpdesk Supervisor will include:
Coordinating team so that maximum amount of calls are taken
Logging service requests by telephone and email
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure they are providing adequate service
Managing and updating all spreadsheets ensuring are compliant etc.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
Prioritising urgent jobs
Dealing with complaints as required
Analysis of job history/running reports
Promote customer feedback and surveys
Training
Coordinate Out of Hours team
Helpdesk diary management coordinating annual leave and shift patterns
