Salary: Up to £26,000

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Our client, a fast growing business based in the heart Stoke on Trent are looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their finance function. As the Finance Supervisor you will lead a small team of accounts administrators with the day-to-day transactional requirements of their business.

To be considered for this role you will be a people focused accounts professional who enjoys leading, directing and supporting your accounts team on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities as a Finance Supervisor:

• Supervising the team of accounts administrators.
• Completing client reconciliations.
• Processing and reconciling payments on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring that receipts on client bank accounts are handled daily.
• Monitoring monthly reconciliations across client accounts.
• Reconciling cashbook to bank account and cashbook.
• Ensuring all reconciliation queries are investigated and fixed in a timely manner.
• Dealing with ad-hoc queries from employees and clients.
• Managing workflow across the department ensuring all SLA’s are met.
