Finance Project Support Officer Contract Temporary

My local authority client are looking for a Finance Project Support Officer to join their Coalville team on a full time but temporary basis working Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm paying up to £11.51 per hour. 

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the project team who are replacing the IT system for finance. You will:

• Arrange for the production of system documentation as required
• Prepare and maintain the training plan following development by the project manager an module leads
• Maintain and update training materials
• Organise and schedule all training sessions for the team and end users
• Ensure that feedback forms are completed for all training sessions, chasing up as appropriate
• Organise and coordinate project meetings, managing diaries and ensuring appropriate room bookings
• Support key project meetings, taking minutes, sending agendas etc 
• Maintain project records
• Organise and schedule user acceptance testing

To be successful you must:

• Have knowledge of finance IT systems 
• Have knowledge of local authority finance services 
• Have experience of working as part of a project team 
• Have advanced MS Office skills
