My local authority client are looking for a Finance Project Support Officer to join their Coalville team on a full time but temporary basis working Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm paying up to £11.51 per hour.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the project team who are replacing the IT system for finance. You will:
Arrange for the production of system documentation as required
Prepare and maintain the training plan following development by the project manager an module leads
Maintain and update training materials
Organise and schedule all training sessions for the team and end users
Ensure that feedback forms are completed for all training sessions, chasing up as appropriate
Organise and coordinate project meetings, managing diaries and ensuring appropriate room bookings
Support key project meetings, taking minutes, sending agendas etc
Maintain project records
Organise and schedule user acceptance testing
To be successful you must:
Have knowledge of finance IT systems
Have knowledge of local authority finance services
Have experience of working as part of a project team
Have advanced MS Office skills
