Finance Manager Part Time

Finance Manager required for my client based in Hinckley. I am looking for an experienced individual who is AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, to lead my clients finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Finance Manager to join an award winning business, managing a small team ensuring they all adhere to best practice and guidelines.

This is a part time vacancy, working 25 hours per week, paying £23,000 to £29,000 per annum (Take home)

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including supporting reconciliation.
• Oversee bank reconciliations.
• Monitor the completion and production of the sales and purchase ledger providing authorisation.
• Complete monthly 1-2-1’s, and annual yearly reviews with the finance team.
• Assist with the preparation of year end accounts, and support during annual audits.
• Authorise bank payments and overheads.
• Submissions of monthly and quarterly return to the HMRC.
• Create reports and updates for the management team.
• Manage the annual budget process.

Requirements of the role:

• AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of payroll.
• Experienced in managing a finance team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experienced in daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting.
