Finance Manager Permanent

Astute Financial Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known, growing business based in South Derbyshire to lead the commercial finance operations, drive business performance and business partner to the operating stakeholders.

This role represents a real opportunity for someone to develop their experience getting a great deal of autonomy, board experience & exposure all whilst working alongside other proven senior finance professionals to gain experience. This role will focus on providing management accounts with commercial insights & becoming the ‘go to’ between the business leaders and commercial, operations and financial teams.  

Over the past two years this leading organisation have continued to grow and develop, offering more complete services to their clients and as a result have become the go to provider in their industry. This role represents a real opportunity to be a part of a growing company and as such this role will suit someone who is looking to grow and develop their career.

To be successful in this role, you will be a fully-qualified experienced finance professional, ideally with commercial and project accounting experience. You will have a real passion for driving the business forwards and take pride in developing teams.  

£50,000 – £60,000 basic salary.
