You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director with the preparation of the long-term business plan and setting of annual budgets.
Maintain the general, accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
Prepare supplier payments for authorisation and perform bank reconciliations
Deliver effective and efficient processes
Prepare periodic regulatory submissions to the Regulator of Social Housing
Line management of finance assistant
Skills and experiences:
Part or fully qualified accountant
Understanding of VAT and partial exemption
Experience of annual accounts preparation
Experience of financial planning and budget setting
