Finance Manager Temporary

Greenacre Recruitment have partnered with a housing provider with strong values and clear long-term vision to help support them in recruiting a Finance Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director with the preparation of the long-term business plan and setting of annual budgets.

 The Role:

• Maintain the general, accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
• Prepare supplier payments for authorisation and perform bank reconciliations
• Deliver effective and efficient processes
• Prepare periodic regulatory submissions to the Regulator of Social Housing
• Line management of finance assistant

Skills and experiences:

• Part or fully qualified accountant
• Understanding of VAT and partial exemption
• Experience of annual accounts preparation
• Experience of financial planning and budget setting
