Finance Manager Permanent

Our centralised Accounts function in Leicester are looking to recruit a highly experienced Finance Manager to manage the accounts team and to ensure all the functions of Accounts and Payroll are carried out efficiently and on time.

Our Role

Your role will be to oversee the daily activity of the Accounts team, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.

Accounts/Finance Duties Include:

• Recruit, train, manage, develop and above all motivate staff.
• Management of the monthly accounts processes to ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee the efficient running of the nominal, sales & purchase ledgers.
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of PAYE / VAT / P11D’s / P60’s / P46 Car / PSA.
• Assist FA with annual budget production & end of year audit preparation.

The Candidate

• Experience within accounts and supervisory experience of team members is essential.
• You must be CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualified
• Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure to strict deadlines is essential.
• Driven individual that strives for accuracy and improvement in all areas at all times.
• Ability to interact with others in a busy, open plan office.
