Do you have previous experience in Finance or Accounts and are looking for an exciting new opportunity?
We have a great role working in the finance department of a growing Technology based business. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team in ensuring timely, efficient and accurate processing of Sales and Purchase documents.
Duties will include
* Reviewing sales documents and matching against Purchase Orders
* Raising Sales invoices
* Processing purchase invoices in Sage
* Producing regular supplier payment runs
* Inputting data onto Excel spreadsheets
* Populating the CRM database
Skills/experience required
* Previous experience in a similar role essential
* Detail orientated with strong organisational skills
* Good IT skills including MS Office applications
* Experience/knowledge of Sage
