Finance Assistant Temporary

Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a growing SME business in Aston (Birmingham) to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual that is looking for a new challenge within a varied role and add value from the get go. This is a temp to perm finance role which will pay equivalent of £19-24k

Responsibilities

The main duties of the Finance Assistant will consist of:

• Processing invoices.
• Processing payment claims.
• Reconciling statements
• Resolving payment queries.
• Reviewing credit notes.
• General finance administration as required.

Requirements

• Must have experience in processing invoices within an accounts payable/receivable capacity
• QBE (qualified by experience) or AAT qualified will be considered
• MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
• Strong attention to detail
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Adaptable
