SF Recruitment are currently seeking a confident Finance Assistant to join a well-established company in Loughborough. My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Financial Controller. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an enthusiastic and well organised office. The successful Accounts Assistant will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant – Invoice processing – Statement reconciliations – Maintain Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger – Bank Reconciliations – Credit Control – Chasing outstanding debt – Produce and assist with Payroll work for holiday/sickness cover – Payment Runs – Petty cash – Expenses
The successful Finance Assistant will have – The ability to cope with pressure and multi task – Good communications skills at all levels, verbally and written report – Excel & Sage experience – Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of team
