Katie Bard are seeking a graduate-calibre Finance Administrator for a growing company, based in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will have prior experience in administration, excellent client care skills and strong IT ability.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and assisting with incoming queries
Communicating with internal & external customers over the telephone and via email
Problem solving, developing, and executing process improvements
Ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and fully updated
Engaging in business development activities when required
Onboarding new suppliers
