Due to a recent restructure, we are creating a brand new admin team based at Birmingham Business Park and are seeking 3 x Contracts Administrators to join us. You will be responsible for providing a proactive, high quality, customer focused and GDPR compliant administrative function to Ryder. You will be inputting all customer, vehicle and contract data into an internal system so high attention to detail and accuracy are essential for these roles.

To be successful in this role, previous experience of working in a fast paced administration functional role is required where you have been responsible for entering financial data into a system. You will review and resolve data queries in line with SLAs whilst ensuring all data is GDPR compliant at all times. If you have knowledge of SalesForce this would be beneficial as you will progress updates via this system as part of your role. A proactive approach is required and someone with a good eye for detail as we are always looking at ways we can improve how we work.

Salary & Benefits
You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17.00 with a 1 hour lunch break from our corporate head office in the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull.
A salary of up to £18,727.20 is on offer along with a great benefits package as per below.
