A fantastic opportunity to be part of a national business that puts its customers and employees first. Our client requires an enthusiastic finance administrator to join a busy finance team. This is a great opportunity to join and continue to develop your career within finance. You will support the finance team leader and the financial controller and wider teams.

The role

• Review of cash statements prepared by all locations
• Reconcile all elements of the cash statements
• Posting of purchase invoices either manually or via system scanning
• Assist with all supplier enquiries raised internally or externally.
• Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements when received.
• Liaise with other team members to ensure all Fixed Asset additions and highlighted and dealt with correctly.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by management executive and line managers.

Key Skills

• Minimum 1 year finance experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong excel skills
• Enjoy being part of a busy team
