Estimator – Construction Resins Contract

Our client is a commercial construction contractor that specialises in the refurbishment and repair of buildings throughout the South East and Midlands area. The products they specialise n are resin flooring applications for car park decks, liquid applied roofing and resin floors. Due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced estimator to join their team based in Coleshill, nr Birmingham. Your role will be to receive inquiries from clients, establish full requirements to then establish labour requirements, material quantities and costs as well as any specialist needs for health and safety or access needs before putting together a comprehensive quotation to send back to customers and then follow up to obtaining order and then handing over to QS. Project values range from £100K to £1M+ and you will, on average be handling 4-6 projects at any one time at various stages. You will ideally have a construction estimating background, live in the Birmingham/W Midlands area with a valid UK license and be looking for a progressive career opportunity within a professional construction environment.
