The Estates Administrator will be part of the Occupier Management team providing Occupier Management services for circa 200 properties in the assigned region(s) from the Birmingham office.

Description
The Estate Administrator duties and responsibilities:
advise existing corporate clients on occupier management
Main point of contact for all property specific queries from a range of sources, both internal and external, in respect of the client’s property portfolio
Ensure delivery of service through effective working relationships across the client delivery team(s)
Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve property issues
Dealing with Lease queries, boundary disputes and assisting with CPSEs
Assist in Drafting/Approving change notes and invoices and monthly funding requests
Assisting with renewals of licences and permits and helping to manage residential portfolio
Dealing with applications for landlords consents, with reference to lease conditions, liaison with external consultants and solicitors where necessary
Providing additional Senior Administrator’s support as required to the Corporate Real Estate occupier management team on the POL estate
Profile
Demonstrable record of working with corporate clients in delivery of occupier management or property management services
cost control experience
courteous and responsive to clients
Active team player
Solves problems by following well defined processes and precedents
experience in property inspections
Awareness of basic property law
Understanding of property databases and the maintaining accurate data
Must be able to travel to Birmingham City Center
