Be an Employee Relations Specialist
This role is all about providing credible and professional telephone based Employee Relations (ER) advice service to managers across the UK and Northern Ireland. This will be in line with company requirements that will include, but not limited to performance management, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, investigations and flexible working.
In brief you will:
Provide telephone-based advice and guidance to managers on moderate to complex ER issues in line with company requirements and will include, but not limited to performance management, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, investigations and flexible working.
Provide support to managers in the formulation of responses for moderate to complex ER matters i.e. grievance and disciplinary.
Provide advice and guidance to employees by telephone and email should they request advice and guidance in relation to HR policies.
