Electrical Estimator required for a very successful building services contractor to further grow the estimating team. Working close with the Mechanical equivalent and using estimation software. You will be the sole Electrical Estimator and thus you will take a lead through the tender process.This will suit an experienced Electrical Estimator with a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience electrcial estimating within the building services sector.

You will be given full responsibility of tendering and estimating for innovative and prestige commercial projects of values in excess of £5million. Ideally you have a variety of sectors ideally MOD, education, commercial, industrial and residential to name a few.

You will be responsible for:

Interpretation of tender documents and tender analysis
Working close with the site project team during installation of projects
Attending tender and design meetings both internal and external
Dealing with enquires and liaising with the design team
Managing the enquires
