Director of Customer Success Full Time

This is a great opportunity to join a brand new Customer Success function where the customer will be at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to our VP of Customer Success, we’re looking for a thought leader to guide our ERP division.

What you will be doing

• Build and sustain a team of high performing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and/ or Customer Success Executives (CSEs) who drive customer value, retention and adoption
• Ensure your team is engaging strategically with their customers and helps prioritize their activities to drive the most value. This includes, but is not limited to, attending team Quarterly Success Reviews, reviewing all Success Commitments and assisting the team in executing our retention targets
• Build a network within the ERP management team to deliver insights to Sales, Marketing, Services, Support and Finance
• Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
• Create evangelists by listening to customers closely and delighting them with our user experience and service
• Work closely with Sales to organise when and how to approach customers on upsell and graduations
