We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Trainer, for a leading distributor of MRO and Industrial products. The Customer Service Trainer role is a new and exciting opportunity and is critical to ensure that both Customer Service and Customer Account Teams are proficient in all aspects relating to customer services and support to help us provide excellent customer service.
The company is rapidly changing and improving our systems and workflows so need someone with excellent organisational and training skills to ensure that our teams are up to date but also to support development of workflows and processes to drive continuous improvement.
The main remit of the position will be to design, structure and implement training material, to include training for onboarding new starters, and also providing ongoing support throughout employees employment with the business. You will work very closely with Managers and Team Leaders to identify any training gaps that may need addressing within their teams.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
· Must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position as a Sales Trainer or Customer Service Trainer position.
· You will have strong experience of training teams.
· You will have experience of Salesforce, or a similar system.
