Customer Services Specialist Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a fun and vibrant team working at the heart of the business. This is a Permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, the normal hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and includes every other Saturday 9am – 4pm and there is a fantastic starting salary of £21,150 on offer plus monthly bonus. This role will be office based but it is all Covid secure with Covid safety processes in place one way systems, hand sanitizers and Perspex screens etc and social distancing.
If you have any experience within the Insurance sector this would be highly advantageous. If you have any experience within a role taking high volumes of calls, within a Customer Service role, dealing with complaints or queries or within a call centre this would also be an advantage.
Duties include:

• Dealing with customers over the telephone, via email and online
• Providing a first class customer service at all times
• Building a relationship and good rapport with all customers
• Dealing with general queries and complaints where necessary
• Working to SLA’s and KPI’s
• Resolving queries and questions efficiently and effectively
• All general admin including updating in house system accurately

 
The successful candidate will need to have good experience working in a call centre or customer service role with good IT skills and telephone manner.
