Customer Service Supervisor – Shrewsbury - Permanent

L & C Consulting are now recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected, Shrewsbury based concern for a new Customer Service Supervisor.  This permanent role will suit an experienced office based, Customer Service / Sales Administration Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge in a successful, secure business.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Lead the Customer Service Team on a day-to-day basis
• Striving to identify and rectify areas of concern and complaint and continuously improve the team’s performance
• Monitoring calls and improving service levels
• Resolving escalated disputes
• Promote upselling and cross-selling across the team
• Work closely with Marketing and other internal departments
• Manage CRM
• Other ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for this excellent position, you MUST have an excellent track record in Customer Service / Sales Administration Team Supervision / Management, be professional, flexible, well organised, IT literate and have a professional approach to dealing with both internal and external customers.

The site is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Newport, Walsall, Stafford etc
