Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a manufacturing client based in Birmingham. You will be reporting into the UK Sales Manager, ensuring that all quotations and orders are administered on to their SAP system.
Working to daily, monthly & quarterly targets; you will be accountable to your deliverables.
Working closely to support Key Account Managers with sale of inventory and finished good allocation.
Complete full administration and follow up with Finance & Account Management to ensure payment terms are adhered to.
Handling customer queries and building customer relationships to ensure queries are handled efficiently and to agreed time scales.
Raising orders to SAP system
Proficient IT Skills; previous experience using SAP applications is essential
Previous experience working within customer service/administrative role
Knowledge of Engineering / Manufacturing environment
Attentive to Detail
Strong stakeholder management; highly effective communicator both written and verbally
Approachable in manner
Ability to self-manage & work on your own initiative
