Pure Staff Bilston are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Order Entry Processor on behalf of our client based in the Cannock area.
Duties will include: Inputting orders on bespoke computer software, answering the phone, responding to emails and meeting customers in person. You will be maintaining customer accounts and keeping records up to date. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries or service problems via phone, email or social media. Being friendly and understanding customer needs is crucial to the job.
Other day to day duties will include generating sales leads, assessing customers needs and informing them of any deals or promotions.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00. This is a temporary to permanent position.
Pay rate: £8.72 to £9.50 per hour dependant on experience.
Requirements: – To be familiar with order processing software – Computer literate, able to use word and excel – Excellent attention to detail and time management – Proven customer service skills
