THE OPPORTUNITY

Join us and become a key member of the “Teamson Europe Team” and play a major role in delivering the future growth that we fully expect to realise, thus achieving rapid and significant progression and all of the benefits that would bring.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in providing telephone, or online customer service (excluding in-store). 

Benefits:

• £18,000 to £22,000 per annum
  (Inclusive of Basic Salary + Performance Bonus)
• Full Time Permanent
• 20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 5pm

Customer Care Assistant duties will include:

• Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service throughout our company & delivering daily WOW’s to our customers.
• To make sure that the needs of our customers are being satisfied.
• Customer liaison via phone calls, live chat, online portals.
• Liaising with different business partners such as our warehouses, couriers, retailers etc.
• Handling customer complaints within very short time frames.
• Authorising partial refunds where appropriate.
• Processing returned deliveries and liaising accordingly with the relevant warehouse/s
• Arranging delivery of replacement goods, spare parts & arranging collection of faulty goods.
• Daily use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Freshdesk and numerous online portals

Desired skills:

• Experience in using Freshdesk or similar customer Care platform
• The ability to communicate well with customers and with other members of the team.
• Retentive memory and great listening skills
• A polite, friendly and tactful manner when handling complaints, enquiries or solving problems
• Quick learner
• Organised
• The ability to work well under pressure in line with company SLA’s
• Attention to detail
• IT proficient
• Administrative skills & accurate data entry
• Determination to learn and develop new skills

Desired qualifications: GCSE’s 9-4 in English and maths or equivalent

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a customer service environment, excellent communications skills, strong IT skills and commercial awareness.
