Customer Service and Sales Advisor Permanent

Do you have a natural flair for talking to people with a customer service background and looking for an opportunity to get into sales? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a leading packaging supplier in Derby, working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm on a salary of £19,000 plus bonus + free parking.
 
As Sales Advisor, you will be working within a small team receiving inbound calls from business and domestic customers, taking orders over the phone whilst identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or indeed a bespoke product to suit their needs. This is a very busy and fast paced customer service and sales environment, so it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills ideally with some knowledge of upselling.
 
You will be a self-starter, go-getter who has the confidence to cross and upsell, generate leads and find new business. You will have experience in order processing and have previously used a CRM system. Bonus is awarded for leads being passed through to the BD team (approx. £350 per month) so an enthusiastic, outgoing person who is willing to get stuck in is essential to succeed.  You will be a fast learner and keen to gain knowledge of a wide variety of product lines as this will be key to this role.
