Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading services company located in Birmingham. Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly forward thinking and expanding organisation. As a Customer Service Advisor you will work alongside the Customer Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department day to day.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a large volume of enquires over phone, email and social media
When required, overseeing other team members and manage their performance
Providing an excellent level of quality to Clients within agreed timescales
Responsible for data entry within agreed deadlines and timescales
Liaising with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and information is processed in accordance with SLAs and regulations
Liaising with third parties when required
Chase information where needed
Working under pressure to meet deadlines
General administration – filing, faxing and photocopying
THE PERSON:
Previous senior customer service, customer service supervisor or customer service team leader experience is essential
Experience within Travel or Logistics is desirable
Able to prioritise a busy workload and work to SLAs
Must have excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
