Pyramid8 are working with a pharmaceutical Company in Derbyshire that are looking for customer service advisors to join their growing business.
As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing with customers over the phone which will be inbound and outbound calls and will be at the forefront of delivering a fantastic experience for my clients customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Liaising and updating customers on their deliveries
Updating the system
Liaising with third party suppliers
Working as part of team
Liaising with the warehouse staff
