Remote working (until restrictions lifted in June)
Our client is looking for an ongoing temporary Customer Service advisor to provide excellent customer service to their customers via telephone and email correspondence. Attention to detail is key as your duties will include handling customer orders, pricing, and other ad hoc customer requests.
Administrative skills play a big part of this role as you will be expected to support data processing of customers orders, scanning orders and filing. Having SAP experience would be an advantage and you must be flexible with the shift pattern.
Typical duties include.
Handling customer service calls efficiently and effectively.
Correct and accurate input of customers orders
Management of customer account on sap in conjunction with accounts department
Customer relationship and rapport building
Correctly complete all orders and file and scan accurately on the clients inhouse system.
