Customer Service Advisor Contract Temporary

The Midlands leading recruitment agency Farley and Jones are currently recruiting Contact Centre Operators to join our client based in Amington on a temporary on-going basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.

Duties include:

• To deliver excellent customer service
• To manually input accurate data on an Electronic Job Card system
• To answer all calls presented to them in line with customer service levels
• Ensure customer orders are submitted accurately
• Liaison with Branches regarding appointment bookings, availability, re-location queries, cancelled jobs

Person Specification:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
• Awareness of customer expectations
• Ability to accurately collect and record data
• Patience
• Positive attitude

Job Details:

• Monday to Sunday
• Working hours 08:00 to 19:00 and rotating shifts on weekends.
• 365 day business so working Bank holidays and national holidays will be required
• Must be flexible with shifts and working hours
