We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work on behalf of our client located in Perry Barr.
The purpose of the role is to provide full support to the Customer Service Manager along with providing dedicated and recourse to admin tasks. You would also be required to liaise with internal departments such as: Purchasing, warehouse, trade counter and marketing and third parties including couriers, suppliers and manufacturers on a daily basis to ensure all customers are provided with the best possible service.
