Our Northampton based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant and growing business based in accessible area of Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a minimum of 1 year's customer service experience to join a fast based, unique business who are passionate and enthusiastic about customers.
Providing a high standard of customer service at all times, often acting as a key point of contact for specific customers
Dealing with complaints and general customer enquiries on email and telephone basis
Ensuring processes and procedures are followed with the highest levels of accuracy
Manage candidate care
Completing all administrative duties as and when required
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
A minimum of one year's customer service experience
Passionate about customer service
Keen team player with a positive attitude
A willingness and desire to go always go the extra mile
