Location: Northampton

Hours: Mon - Fri (8am/9am - 4pm/5pm)

Pay: £9 per hour

Our Northampton based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant and growing business based in accessible area of Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a minimum of 1 year's customer service experience to join a fast based, unique business who are passionate and enthusiastic about customers.

Duties Included:

• Providing a high standard of customer service at all times, often acting as a key point of contact for specific customers
• Dealing with complaints and general customer enquiries on email and telephone basis
• Ensuring processes and procedures are followed with the highest levels of accuracy
• Manage candidate care
• Completing all administrative duties as and when required

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

• A minimum of one year's customer service experience
• Passionate about customer service
• Keen team player with a positive attitude
• A willingness and desire to go always go the extra mile
• Strong accuracy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious and driven
