Our Award winning client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to join their busy Client Services team.

Responsible for the fulfilment and distribution of stock on behalf of several key accounts, as the Customer Service Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Dedicated point of contact for 3 key clients, liaising via phone and email and some face to face contact for day to day operations, queries and issues
• Having an in-depth knowledge of client stock holding & stock management
• Providing support to Senior Client Services Manager
• Liaising across internal teams
• Compiling collation instructions and kitting briefs for warehouse operations team
• Creating and analysing weekly and monthly client reporting (SLA/order volumes)
• Preparing quotations for client specific requirements outside of contract
• Responding to client and campaign queries
• Ensuring delivery of week to week campaign/ promotional activity to agreed customer requirements within a very fast paced and time driven environment

Experience and skills required from the Customer Service Account Manager include:

• Previous office based customer service/client facing experience
• Experience of working within a logistics/distribution/warehouse or transport environment (not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of liaising effectively with internal and (sometimes demanding) external customers
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and manage changing priorities with a calm and focused approach
• Confidence to make and be accountable for decisions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to check own work
• Strong sense of team work, building solid relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative, possessing the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional levels of client service
• PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel

Working hours:

Full time; Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm; 1 hour lunch

Note, this is an office based role

This role would suit a Client Services Manager, an Account Manager, a Customer Services Account Manager, a Customer Service Administrator or an Internal Account Coordinator or Manager.
