Customer Service Advisor Telford Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 £10.00 Per hour (Temporary – Permanent)
Working in a modern, fast paced logistics office environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks
Job role / duties:
•Taking all calls through the telephone system •Take accurate messages •Passing on to relevance person or dealing with issue directly •Arranging customer call backs •Inputting information on to the in-house system •Dealing with all necessary paperwork

•Be available immediately •Have relevant customer service experience •Have a high standard of verbal & written communication skills •Be keen to learn
