Our client, based in Manchester, is a leading retail business, with a large customer base. Due to continued success, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be/have:
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone and social media channels
Process telephone orders and capture payment details
Answers pre order enquiries
Resolves post order enquires and complaints
Provides technical assistance to customers placing orders on the website
Communicates information about the company’s products and services
Accurately records reasons for customer contacts
Deals with written communication and general administrative duties
Actively encourages feedback from customers and provides recommendations for improvement
The successful candidate will be/have:
Experience in a Customer Service environment preferably within a Contact Centre is essential
Minimum 3 GCE’s grade A-C equivalent or above including English and Maths or 5 years demonstrable work experience
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Understands the need for confidentiality and compliance with legislation
The salary on offer is £18k – £21k per annum Monday – 25 days holiday + career progression.
