A Leading Professional Service’s organisation based in Birmingham requires a Customer Service Agent to join their growing Call centre team on a contract basis. The purpose of this role is to support customer queries as they come in. The Office Manager requires a candidate with previous experience as a Customer Service Agent with strong communication skills. This is a 3-month contract position with the opportunity to be ongoing.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming/make outgoing calls to book participants in for group sessions with one of our client’s health educators based in various locations usually within easy reach of participant’s homes.
Complete assessments and book tests/check-ups.
Update company database systems to ensure all notes are fully up to date, sessions are booked correctly and appropriate letters sent out to maintain compliance.
Complete any cancellations, re-arrangement of sessions and also booking participants for various appointments.
Requirements
Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Be educated to GCSE level.
Have experience within a customer service environment or significant experience of working with people.
Experience within a call centre environment working towards targets.
Experience of working on a health-related service – desirable.
