Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insight and Engagement Manager (Strategy and Policy) to join their Housing and Customer Services Department to lead on the development of their customer focussed policies. Using data, resident engagement and a strategic mindset you will ensure that they really hear the voice of the customer.
As part of the departmental management team, you will develop strong working relationships with managers across the Group. You will take forward their overall approach to understanding the needs and expectations of their tenants and residents, making use of both quantitative and qualitative approaches. You will help to shape their approach to resident engagement and community empowerment which will drive their Customer Experience strategy.
They are looking for a committed and customer focussed leader with experience in working with tenants and residents to drive strategy development.
You will have the ability to understand, manage and generate reliable data (both quantitative and qualitative) and translate it into robust plans ensuring that the delivery of their services are tailored to meet the needs of the full diversity of their customers.
