Working for a global training and development organisation, you will be contacting schools, young people and parents via telephone to confirm their interest in the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme.
– Highlight benefits/details of NCS – Handle inbound & outbound calls – Manage relationships with schools – Convert interest into starts
– Strong/confident telephone manner – Solid contact centre experience – Good IT & administrative skills – Happy to work shifts
