Customer Care Co-ordinator – Residential – Birmingham
Edge Careers are recruiting a Customer Care Co-ordinator on behalf of main stream developer operating across the Midlands region, constructing a range of properties from 1 bed apartments to 5/6 bed detached houses.
My client is looking to recruit a customer care co-ordinator. As part of the aftercare team you will be responsible for multiple projects throughout the defects liability period, and liaise between, the customer care team, customer and contactor.
Duties include:
Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously and issues logged appropriately.
Maintain the relevant Customer Service log/monitor.
Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/sales paperwork, filing, etc.
Liaise between sub-contractors and the division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out, check invoices and forward for payment. Arrange contra-charges where necessary.
Liaise with Buying department – order materials as and when required.
Co-ordinate schedule of work for the maintenance team.
Support the department to ensure any issues that arise post-exchange are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
Carry out other appropriate ad hoc duties as and when required.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating with a contractor or developer in either a site or customer care capacity.
You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbally and be able to cope well under pressure and in face paced environment.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
