A fresh and exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager with experience in MS Dynamics, ASP .Net, C#, VB and SQL has emerged through Kyna Associates with a fantastic client. Our client is a very forward thinking, highly recommended leading Financial Services organisation based in the heart of Birmingham.

– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
– Excellent experience in Agile.
– Excellent Stakeholder engagement experience.
The roles and responsibilities of this CRM Manager will be varied, but you will be:
– Work with customers to gather and understand business and system requirements for MS Dynamics CRM changes
– Assist in the design and integration of business processes and data flows between the CRM application and existing legacy applications
– Design and implement application solutions that are compliant with MS Dynamics customisation directives
– Responsible for the administration of the CRM application which involves; maintaining IT documentation, system monitoring, performing upgrades, troubleshooting, researching technical issues and implementing system changes
