A well established and reputable private practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their offices in South Birmingham. *The Role:* The successful Residential Conveyancing Secretary will have a varied and important role within the department which may include but not restricted to: * Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team. * Audio Typing using a digital dictation system. * Diary Management. * File opening/closing. * Filing and general administrative duties. * SDLT searches *Requirements:* To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing and have an accurate typing speed of 65+ WPM.
