Control Systems Engineer

£30,000 to £42,000 per annum

Permanent full time

Would you like to work well established and specialist engineering company who provide turnkey projects in infrastructure systems integration.

Working as a Control Systems Engineer you will:

Program a variety of PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function block or Statement List methods.
To be able to design control systems for a diverse range of machinery
General understand of control applications on machinery containing sensors, heaters, pumps and conveyors
Perform a FAT and site commissioning under formal client witnessed conditions.
Design of control panel layoutsTo be successful, we’re looking for:

Strong PLC / controls background ideally working the full lifecycle of a project from conceptual design all the way through to commissioning on site.
The ability to fault find and modify code.
A Time served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.
Previous experience working as part of a team to design, implement and test control/integrated systems.Benefits:

£30,000 to £42,000 pa basic salary with pension. Holiday is 33 days including all statutory and public holidays.

Commutable from: Birmingham, Worcester, Kidderminster, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Smethwick and Coventry.
