The ideal candidate will have had background working within apprenticeships, with previous experience aiding with the creation and development of resources and material, supporting programme delivery of high-quality apprenticeships.

You will be working as part of a team on behalf o a variety of public sector clients, creainbg bespoke packages of work for business admin 2&3, Management 3&5 and Customer Service apprenticeships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Completion of pre-development work; including feasibility studies, market research, competitor analysis and proofreading and editing content
• Development and integration of content into new platforms, utilising audio scripts for videos, storyboards and instructional material for eLearning courses
• Support ongoing development of workshop material; post launch and further iterations of programme development and the migration into new platforms
• Working with various internal teams to ensure programme information and marketing collateral is accurate and error free
• Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to collect stakeholder views and feedback
• Maintain product documentation in line with departmental requirements
• Analyse multiple data sources to understand market movements and recommend actions
• Prepare documentation and available data to support programme development decisions
