Construction Trainer Full Time

Zeus Personnel are working on behalf of our client in the construction training sector who are looking for a full time Construction Trainer in Stafford.

We are looking for qualified Trainers to initially deliver short courses such as Abrasive Wheels, Cat and Genny etc. Experience of the delivery of plant courses, supervisor courses etc would be beneficial however the right candidate would gain their NVQ for this through the company.

Full driving licence is required as you will be training in various venues across the Midlands and sometimes further South.

Company car will be provided.

You will have construction industry experience and also the relevant teaching qualification.

Your role will include:

• The provision of high quality training which is planned and personalised to meet the needs of individuals, whilst ensuring the aims and objectives of both the awarding body and company standards are met.

• To be able to deliver qualifications listed above and work online with the CITB rules

• Obtaining feedback from candidates and employers to assess the effectiveness of the training

• Accurate completion of all required documentation

• Reviewing and identifying your own professional development needs

• Must be able to provide two references from previous work

• To be familiar with CITB exam process and awarding body requirements

• Knowledge of / or experience of working in, the construction industry / a construction related environment.

• Excellent communication skills, be passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success.

• Must have an understanding of all Microsoft office packages.

• Reliable

• Ensure the delivery of high quality training.

• You must have a recognised teaching qualification.
