Construction Project Manager (Gas and Electrical Compliance)
Salary: £47,614-£50,040 per annum  
Based: Walsall, West Midlands
Contract: Full time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager join them on a full time, permanent basis, to hold responsibility for compliance within planned maintenance works across gas, electrical, asbestos, fire safety, etc. ensuring 100% accuracy across all statutory regulations.
 
Job requirements: 
Ensure that the organisation’s statutory duties, obligations and objectives are achieved.
Hold responsibility for ensuring that effective data management systems, policies, processes and programmes are in place.
Manage the work of external contractors/ suppliers, involved in the delivery of compliance & programme works
 
What our client are looking for: 
Someone who holds a degree-level qualification in a related area, such as Construction Project Management or Surveying, or be qualified by recent and relevant significant experience in planned maintenance compliance.
Domestic gas qualification or level 3 Inspection & Testing in Domestic Electrical Installations.
Excellent IT skills, in particular the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and programme management systems.
