Construction Manager – Commercial Property Contract

A privately owned commercial property construction business based in Shrewsbury are looking to appoint a new Contracts Manager

The role:
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an expanding Construction and Internal Development team in Shrewsbury.
The Contracts Manager will be expected to have a proven track record in managing a wide range of projects and be able to oversee between 3-5 live contracts varying in value from £2m to £10m.
A strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation is essential, as is an ability to organise and communicate effectively, together with a good commercial awareness.
Projects are commercial property and include schools,hospitals,offices,retail units and industrial units.

Their team of 45 specialise in urban regeneration and deliver a personalised design and build service for private clients and the public sector.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Build Manager in a similar commercial property environment including schools,hospitals,offices,retail units and industrial projects ranging from £2million to £10 million in value
