The Company
This multi-disciplined main contractor is bucking the trend during the pandemic and is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team and enhance their reputation for delivering key projects, with quality & best practice at the forefront of everything they do. The company has projects starting in the Birmingham, Sheffield, Bucks and Herts areas.

The Opportunity
Working for a renowned main contractor that is delivering construction projects on a national scale, you will be working as a Construction Manager on £ high value, large RC Frame projects, reporting into the project manager.

The Role
The company is looking for Construction Managers who demonstrate the following experience & skills:

• Proven knowledge as a Construction Manager on RC Frame Construction Projects
• Reporting to the Project Manager, experience of managing teams of 30+ on projects up to £40m +
• Comfortable working in a dual capacity, handling both site & process management (fit-out intervals etc)
• Experience of multi-room development construction projects (PRS, BTR, Student Accommodation, or similar RC Framed projects
• High-storey build project experience, up to 6/7 storeys and higher.
• ABle to act as a No2 on site, to the project manager and can run the project independently
• A first class communicator and people motivator!

This company is looking for construction managers in a permanent capacity, offering a salary dependent on experience, plus a benefits package including pension, healthcare, car allowance and bonus.
