Construction Director – Groundworks – Midlands Contract

Our client are a market leading groundworks contractor based in the Midlands.  They have an enviable client base of bluechip residential developers and have expanded significantly in a controlled manner. Working across the East and West Midlands they are now seeking a Construction Director to work closely with the senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the operational staff of Contracts Managers
• Management of labour materials and plant
• Attending pre start meetings and client liaison
• Management of health and safety
• Ultimate responsibility for contracts reporting to the Managing Director
