Location: Nechells, Birmingham

Salary: Up to £24,000

12 Months FTC

Hours: Full time

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced administrator to join a well-established client base in Birmingham in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key support role, and be involved in all aspects of the business. Due to the nature of the role, it is desirable that ADVANCED EXCEL ability is required. The successful candidate will be proactive, positive and will have a no job is too small attitude!

The Role

• Tender applications
• Producing reports
• Assisting contractors
• Reception duties
• Overall administration support for the business
• Produce quotations

The Ideal Person

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft office ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administration skills
• Worked in a construction environment is desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proactive individual who can use their initiative
